KeepCloud connects to your Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox accounts — simultaneously — and presents all your files in a single, unified interface. You don't need to switch between apps, re-login to different services, or remember which cloud holds which file. Everything you own, in one place, in one search box.

You can connect multiple accounts per provider too. If you have a personal Google Drive and a work Google Drive, KeepCloud can show both. If you have both a personal and a business OneDrive, both appear in the same view.

What KeepCloud actually does

Beyond a unified file browser, KeepCloud provides four core capabilities that make it meaningfully different from just opening multiple tabs:

AstraClaw AI Search: Type what you're looking for in plain language — "find my electricity bill from February" or "show Jaipur train ticket" — and Astra reads inside your files to find the right one, even if the filename is something unhelpful like a photo number or an auto-generated ID. Astra understands English, Hindi, and Hinglish queries.

Secure credential storage: When you connect a cloud account, KeepCloud never stores your password. Instead, it uses the official OAuth authorization flow from each provider and encrypts the resulting access credential using AES-256-GCM before storage. Even KeepCloud's own team cannot read your stored credentials in plaintext.

Universal file sharing: Share any file from any cloud with a single link. KeepCloud generates a clean share URL that works regardless of which cloud holds the original file. Recipients see an inline preview — for images, videos, PDFs, and documents — without needing a cloud account of their own. You can also add password protection to any share link.

Real-time delta sync: KeepCloud doesn't re-download your entire cloud on every visit. It uses each provider's official change-tracking mechanism to fetch only what changed since your last session, keeping your file list accurate without burning through API quotas or making you wait for a full re-index.

What KeepCloud does not do

KeepCloud does not store copies of your files. Your data remains in Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox exactly where it is. KeepCloud only reads your file metadata (names, types, sizes, modification dates) and — when you search inside files — temporarily processes the document content through its OCR and semantic engine. Nothing is moved, copied, or stored on KeepCloud's servers.

KeepCloud also does not replace your cloud storage providers. It is an intelligent layer on top of them — a lens, not a replacement.

Built for privacy and security

Every cloud credential you authorize is encrypted before being stored. All file previews and downloads route through a secure proxy layer that validates your session on every request. Share links can be time-limited or password-protected. AstraClaw AI runs its OCR processing on-demand with per-user isolation — your file contents are never mixed with another user's data.
